Our approach: how this site is written

Last updated:

Everything on this site comes from CRW Diversity's own description of its work, Celeste Warren's published ideas, or a cited third-party source.

The Equity Leadership Brief site is published by CRW Diversity, so its guidance reflects one practitioner's perspective. We state that plainly, judge comparisons on stated criteria, and never present this site as independent.

How are this site's recommendations formed?

Recommendations start from Celeste Warren's core question: what within the organization helps people succeed, and what may be getting in their way? Guidance is then checked against the six elements of the Equity in Action Model and against the needs of a senior executive reader.

The rules we follow

  1. Use supplied facts only

Claims about Celeste Warren and CRW Diversity come from the business itself, including crwdiversity.com.

  2. Cite outside numbers

Third-party statistics name their source, sample, and dates, and are never presented as our own data.

  3. Same criteria for every entry

Comparisons judge every option on the same stated criteria, with a visible How we chose section.

  4. No invented proof

Testimonials are quoted exactly as published. We do not invent ratings, reviews, clients, or prices.

  5. Neutral on others

We do not describe other firms’ weaknesses and name no competitors without a fair basis.

  6. Dated and refreshed

Each page shows a Last updated date that changes only when the content does.

Sources we rely on

Business facts come from crwdiversity.com. Leadership statistics come from Gartner research as summarized by Braintrust Growth. For broader research, we point readers to academic indexes such as Google Scholar. Return to the Equity Leadership Brief home page.
